CONSULTANT-LED LANDED REVIEW

A house is more than its land area.

Start with the actual property and your priorities. A consultant-led discussion can help separate recorded evidence, working assumptions and questions that still need specialist checks.

WHAT THE REVIEW CAN COVER

Three connected parts of the decision.

01

Read the actual plot

Discuss tenure, frontage, access, plot shape and the condition of the home. Identify which planning or alteration questions need an architect, surveyor or the relevant authority.

02

Check the comparison

Review why a recorded sale is relevant—or not. Land area alone cannot account for street position, built form, condition or redevelopment constraints. Asking prices are not completed transactions.

03

Plan the whole cost

Use the existing buyer tools to organise your assumptions on funding, financing and works. Confirm the actual scope, fees and cost estimates with the appropriate advisers before making a commitment.

Bring a property, not private paperwork.

Start with the property you are considering, your broad budget, intended use and timing. Do not send identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive financial records through a general enquiry form.

Keep the right limits.

A consultant discussion is not a bank valuation, survey, structural report, planning approval or guaranteed construction quote. Tool availability, data coverage and any paid service scope must be confirmed separately. No private system is unlocked by visiting this page.

PROPERTY-SPECIFIC GUIDANCE

Bring the house. Keep the questions.

Ask a Landed Navigator adviser what can be reviewed for your property and which checks need a specialist. An enquiry does not book an appointment automatically.
